We are committed to building respectful relationships and providing meaningful employment opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. By proactively breaking down barriers, challenging bias and fostering an inclusive environment, we are committed to ensuring equal opportunities for women and men to thrive and succeed in their career and life. We have a specific focus on increasing representation of women in leadership and non-traditional roles. Our ongoing goal is to have gender balance in our Apprentice and Graduate intakes. Since 2018, 44% of our new apprentices have been women and gender diverse.
