Every day, Endeavour Energy engages with people and organisations that have an interest in what we do and who are, in some way, connected to our purpose.

Our commitment to the community

Our long-standing commitment to customers and stakeholders means your feedback has shaped our operations for many years.

We have renewed our commitment to make high quality engagement with customers and stakeholders a business-as-usual practice. This reflects our commitment to always place customers at the heart of what we do.

Endeavour Energy’s stakeholder engagement framework identifies our stakeholders and outlines the principles we use to collaborate with them to deliver a network that reflects the long-term interests of our customers.

We are committed to these eight principles of high-quality engagement:

  • purposeful
  • inclusive
  • timely
  • transparent
  • responsive
  • best practice
  • collaborative
  • measurable

Regulatory Reference Group

The Regulatory Refence Group (RRG) was created to ensure deep and extensive engagement with customers and stakeholders in the creation of a new Revenue Proposal to the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) for the 2024-2029 regulatory period.

The Regulatory Reference Group will act in an advisory capacity, but will perform three distinct roles throughout the development of the Revenue Proposal:

  • co-designers of the engagement program
  • participants as key stakeholders in the Revenue Proposal engagement
  • a “critical friend” in relation to both the engagement program and Endeavour Energy’s Revenue Proposal.

See the Regulatory Reference Group Terms of Reference for more information.
