Endeavour Energy is deeply saddened to announce the passing of Marat Bliev, General Manager of Data & Insights, after a tragic accident last weekend.
Marat was a great leader who was well loved by his teams and well respected within the industry. His energy and passion for both our business and life were infectious.
During his time at Endeavour Energy, he championed innovation, and spear headed our organisational focus on data and insights to drive improvements for our customers and to support our vision of leading the energy transition. Prior to joining Endeavour Energy in 2020, he held roles in Western Power and worked in the energy, mining, engineering and FMCG sectors across Asia and Europe, where he developed a wealth of expertise in data and finance, strategy development and execution, business transformation and leadership.
Marat will be sorely missed by Endeavour Energy and our people.
On behalf of Marat's family, we would like to share the details for a celebration of life service, which will be held on 1 February at 10am AWST (1PM AEDT) at Purslowe and Chipper Funerals, 6 – 8 Robinson Place, Rockingham, Western Australia. The service will also be live streamed here.
An additional celebration of Marat’s life will be held in Sydney at a later date and we will share information as soon as that is confirmed.
