Temporary supply arrangements are made to allow the connection and supply of electricity for the development of a site. Temporary builder’s supplies are not an approved supply arrangement for continued supply of a site and are usually installed to allow development of a site or other short term uses.
New Upgrade
The size of your load and the equipment that is likely to be connected to your installation will determine the number of phases required. Your electrician will advise you if you need a three phase connection or a single phase connection.

The total demand in amperes is calculated by your electrician and represents the maximum total load current that your installation will need to cater for.

Once the application is processed and a permission to connect is issued by us you will need to arrange a connection with a level 2 accredited service provider to arrange a date that the conneciton can be made. The date entered here is your estimate of when connection will be made.
When the temporary supply is no longer required you will need to arrange disconnection and removal by a level 2 Accredited Service Provider. The date entered here is your estimate of when the temporary builder’s supply will be disconnected. A separate application must be submitted for the permanent supply.

I acknowledge and agree that:

  1. In submitting this application, I am requesting an expedited connection and am doing so on the basis that I am: (a) the owner of the premises for which the expedited connection is requested; or (b) a person who is expressly authorised to make the request by or on behalf of the owner of that premises.
  2. I have read and understood the terms of Endeavour Energy’s Model Standing Offers for a Standard Connection Service and a connection offer by Endeavour Energy for a Standard Connection Service on the terms of the relevant Model Standing Offer is acceptable to me; and
  3. If Endeavour Energy is satisfied that the service requested by me falls within the terms of Endeavour Energy’s Model Standing Offer, then I will have taken to have accepted a connection offer by Endeavour Energy on the terms of the relevant Model Standing Offer on the date that Endeavour Energy receives this application.
I accept the agreement based on the above terms and acknowledge the basic connection fee will be passed on to the retailer who may invoice owner of the premises directly.
