Power your career with our Engineering & Data Graduate Program
Our two-to-three-year job rotation program is designed to provide you with a solid foundation for your career with us. You’ll work with experienced engineers to solve ‘real world’ problems associated with the electricity network.
Our Engineering & Data graduates typically rotate through four to six placements over the course of the program, providing a diverse overall experience and great learning opportunities.
We actively support your development through regular career planning discussions and training sessions to help you on your way to becoming a future leader at Endeavour Energy.
What experience will I gain?
You’ll gain experience and knowledge across various divisions, in field and office-based environments. Typical areas of focus available at Endeavour Energy are:
- Earthing and power quality
- Protection and Control
- Asset management and planning
- Project Management
- Electrical, Mechanical & Civil Design
- Field operations and support (including construction and maintenance)
- Metering information and development
- Technology and innovation
- Data Engineering and Data Science
