Endeavour Energy is pleased to announce the recipients of the 2026 Powering Communities Grants Program.
The Powering Communities Grants Program supports grassroots initiatives that strengthen community resilience, encourage STEM education, promote environmental leadership and foster social inclusion. Through the program, Endeavour Energy is supporting projects that deliver local benefits to communities across Central West NSW, the Blue Mountains, Southern Highlands, Illawarra, the South Coast and Greater Western Sydney.
From bushfire preparedness kits and disaster recovery support to STEM education, environmental restoration and programs helping vulnerable families thrive, Endeavour Energy's 2026 Powering Communities Grants Program is backing local organisations making a real difference across the Endeavour Energy network area.
The successful projects will help communities prepare for and recover from extreme weather events, inspire the next generation through hands-on learning opportunities, support Aboriginal-led environmental initiatives, and provide practical assistance to people facing disadvantage, helping to build stronger, more connected and resilient communities for the future.
Endeavour Energy Chief Customer & Strategy Officer Leanne Pickering said the Powering Communities Grants Program reflects Endeavour Energy's commitment to supporting the communities it serves through initiatives that deliver lasting local benefits.
"The Powering Communities Grants Program is about supporting grassroots initiatives that deliver meaningful outcomes in the areas that matter most to our communities.
"From strengthening community resilience to creating opportunities for learning, inclusion and environmental leadership, these projects will make a positive and lasting difference in communities across our network.
"While Endeavour Energy continues to deliver safe, reliable and affordable electricity to the communities we serve, we are proud to support organisations that are equipping people with the knowledge, resources and connections they need to strengthen their communities and create lasting local benefits," said Ms Pickering.
The successful recipients were selected for their ability to deliver meaningful outcomes in local communities through practical, community-led solutions that align with Endeavour Energy's focus on resilience, sustainability, education and inclusion.
