Endeavour Energy and Engineers Australia today celebrated the start of a three-year partnership to deliver a workplace credentialling partnership that will strengthen the engineering workforce needed to support Australia's energy transition, electrification and infrastructure growth.
The partnership was formally recognised at a signing ceremony attended by Endeavour Energy Chief Executive Officer, Danny Cooper and Engineers Australia Chief Executive Officer, Romilly Madew AO. It will be delivered through Engineers Australia’s Engineering Workforce Credentialling (EWC) Program.
The partnership reflects a shared commitment between the two organisations to advance engineering capability, support professional accreditation and create clear pathways to Chartered status and other nationally recognised credentials.

The EWC Program supports engineers at every stage of their career through access to professional development opportunities, internationally recognised credentials and structured pathways to professional recognition and registration.
An initial cohort of 25 Endeavour Energy engineers are participating in the program, receiving dedicated support to progress towards credentials including Chartered status, Engineering Executive (EngExec) and the National Engineering Register (NER), tailored to suit their experience and career pathway.
By supporting professional recognition and lifelong learning, Endeavour Energy and Engineers Australia are helping build the engineering capability needed to enable a smarter, more sustainable and resilient energy future.
