Endeavour Energy strives to maintain a safe and reliable power supply at all times.

 

Planned outages

 

Your power supply may be interrupted by Endeavour Energy to undertake upgrades or planned maintenance to the electricity network.

 

We will provide two days written notice to residential customers and seven days written notice to business customers if we plan to do upgrades or maintenance work that affect you.

 

Unplanned outages

 

Unplanned outages may also interrupt your electricity supply. High winds, lightning, storms, bushfires, car accidents, trees and branches falling onto powerlines, or equipment failure might disrupt your power without warning.
