The Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (NSW) (GIPA Act)

As a statutory State owned corporation, Endeavour Energy is subject to the GIPA Act which commenced on 1 July 2010 and replaces the Freedom of Information Act 1989 (NSW).  

 

Endeavour Energy is committed to complying with the GIPA Act in a fair and objective manner with a view to ensuring that the spirit of the GIPA Act is upheld.  

 

Endeavour Energy supports the proactive release of information and the requirement for the release of government information in response to an informal request for access to information, unless there is a good reason for requiring a formal access application, or there is an overriding public interest against the release of the government information.

 

This website is designed to help you find information which is made publicly available by Endeavour Energy, and to assist you in accessing other information that is publicly available under the GIPA Act but may not be published on this website.
