How long does it take to complete the Graduate Program?
The program takes 2 years to complete and during this time you will work in various engineering sections of the organisation.

Will I have to travel to various locations as part of my training?
As part of the program, you will rotate through different sections of the engineering business. While we do try to take into account your residential arrangements, most of our engineering teams are based at Huntingwood.  You will have the opportunity to work at regional offices / establishments in our area of operations.

I am still studying towards my Engineering Degree, can I apply?
We are looking for candidates who have recently completed an Electrical Engineering degree or are due to complete in 2009. If you are still studying, you may be eligible for a Cadetship or Vacation Work. For more information, visit www.endeavourenergy.com.au/cadetships

I have a Student Visa, can I apply?
We are looking for candidates who have the right to work full-time in Australia. You need to be either an Australian Citizen or permanent resident.

How much will I be paid?
The starting salary for Engineering Graduates is currently $60,715 per annum, plus 13% superannuation. As you progress through the program you will be eligible for salary increases.

I have an Engineering degree, but have not studied Electrical Engineering, can I apply?
Endeavour Energy is an Electricity Distribution business and we are therefore specifically targeting graduates who have studied Electrical Engineering.

I have a Business / Finance / Commerce degree, can I apply?

I am a TAFE student, can I apply?
We are looking for candidates who have recently completed an Electrical Engineering degree or are due to complete in 2009. If you are studying towards an Advanced Diploma in Electrical Engineering at TAFE, you may be eligible to join our Trainee Engineering Officer program.
