Meet our Cadets

Simon Lewis
As an Endeavour Energy cadet I have been involved in going into the workforce and experiencing all facets of how power gets to my home, from maintenance to planning to construction. Seeing these real life applications of the theory I have learnt at university has been invaluable, there is nothing like experience to put the theoretical pieces together.

Endeavour Energy has a very well structured cadet program, which leads into the Engineering Graduate program, and is pretty good on the hip pocket too!

Endeavour's Cadetship program gave me the opportunity to get a head start in my career as well as gain valuable work experience over my University breaks. The most important aspect of the cadetship was that it helps fill in the void that is between the theory we learn at university and its practical real world applications. I like the program also as it gives me the opportunity to experience a wide range of areas within the electrical industry, as well as meet the people who make it it all happen.

I would recommend the program to any undergraduate Electrical Engineer who is looking for experience, or interested in starting a career in the power industry.
