Vince Graham

Chief Executive Officer

Vince Graham was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Endeavour Energy in April 2008. Prior to joining Endeavour Energy, Vince has had over 20 years’ experience in chief executive roles in large organisations both at a federal and state level across a number of industries, including the Grain Handling Authority, National Rail Corporation and RailCorp.

Vince has extensive experience in developing and leading reform and in the management of major infrastructure maintenance and capital programs. Consistent elements of these reform programs have been improving safety and risk management, customer service quality and organisation productivity, targeted capital investment, cultural change and work practice reform.

Rod Howard PSM
BE (Hons), MEngSc, BBus, MBA, GAICD

Deputy Chief Executive
Officer Network

Rod Howard was appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer Network in May 2011. Rod is responsible for overall management of the electrical network, including the delivery of the associated capital program to ensure its capacity, sustained integrity and long-term value. Rod’s previous responsibilities at Endeavour Energy have been diverse and have included general management experience in various Network roles in addition to similar roles in Corporate Development, Business Development and Retail Contestability and as the Company Secretary. He is also Deputy Chairperson of Energy and Water Ombudsman NSW (EWON).

Irina White

Company Secretary

Irina White was appointed Company Secretary in February 2006. Before joining Endeavour Energy, Irina was employed in a number of the state’s largest agencies. She has served as Company Secretary to the boards of Rail Services Australia, Rail Infrastructure Corporation, the State Rail Authority and RailCorp and as General Manager Corporate Services in Rail Services Australia and Rail Infrastructure Corporation. Her past experience has also included senior policy and management positions in the NSW Department of Education and Training.

Daniel Lucas

Deputy Chief Executive
Officer Corporate

Daniel Lucas was appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer Corporate in May 2011. Prior to this role, Daniel held the position of Chief Financial Officer from December 2006, and Group General Manager Corporate Development from March 2009. Daniel is a Chartered Accountant with more than 25 years’ experience as an executive with a number of major organisations, including Westpac, Deloitte, Foster’s Brewing Group, Unilever, National Foods and Australian Pharmaceutical Industries. He has worked in Australia and overseas and his senior management career has covered a broad range of areas such as financial management, IT, supply chain, investor relations, strategy development and mergers and acquisitions.

Bruce Rowley

General Manager Support Services

Bruce Rowley was appointed General Manager Support Services in May 2011. Bruce’s previous responsibilities at Endeavour Energy have included General Manager Retail, General Manager Retail and Customer Services and General Manager Sales and Marketing. Bruce also has had wide experience in a number of senior management roles in marketing, corporate communication, strategic planning and customer service.

Joseph Pizzinga
BCom, AssocDipAcc, CPA

Chief Financial Officer

Joseph Pizzinga was appointed Chief Financial Officer in February 2009. During Joseph’s 16-year tenure at Endeavour Energy, he has held a number of senior finance positions both in the business operations area as a key business adviser and in the financial control areas responsible for the overall financial governance of a number of key finance functions. Prior to joining Endeavour Energy, Joseph worked at a number of Accounting Firms in the areas of taxation and business advice.

Drew Ferguson
MComm (Workplace Relations)

General Manager
Health and Safety

Drew Ferguson was appointed General Manager Health and Safety in February 2010. Drew has an extensive career within Endeavour Energy and its predecessor organisations having commenced as an apprentice in 1978. Throughout his career Drew has held a diverse range of operational, management and leadership positions across the network, technical and support areas.
